Digitalfire Corporation is the sole owner of contact and sales information collected on our web sites. We use this information to automate the buying process, to identify duplicate accounts, to maintain an accounting audit trail and to customize the operation of the site to individuals and groups. Users have access to account pages where they can control contact information and classify their interests and expertises. Administrators of group accounts at insight-live.com control who have accounts and what information is maintained for their group. The information is retained for an indeterminate period of time.
Digitalfire INSIGHT software (desktop) can be used to store and retrieve data in a local database or into separate XML files (this data may be proprietary or secret, e.g. recipes, materials). Desktop INSIGHT does not automatically transmit any of this data to digitalfire.com or insight-live.com (or any other site) at any time. Users can manually import recipe or material data files and images to insight-live.com and export it to desktop Insight. Users can remove data from Insight-live.com (the removed data is not archived). Insight-live.com provides information about security of the data it stores in the Help system.

Digitalfire Corporation uses Website data to create a profile of our users. A profile is stored information that we keep on individual users that details their viewing preferences. Collected information is tied to the users personally identifiable information to tailor a user's visit to our Web site and respond to requests from desktop Insight for alerts or notices to display at startup.

When customers provide us personal information at our website we use the information to contact them to deliver information about product updates.
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.

Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes such as zip code, phone, email or postal address they can change contact information. If a user wishes to correct/update information or no longer desires our service, they can notify us of what they desire using abundant contact forms on our site.
